Today I’m finishing lesson 2 for real this time.
creating and using custom views
- Ill Start by opening my image in illustrator. next ill zoom in on the top corner image and select the view menu and select the new view command and ill name it comp one ill do the same thing for the middle and the bottom. next i will make a new view for the whole image and ill do that by selecting the short cut command 0 and then ill go to the view menu and select new view command and then i will name that view fit to screen (normal). next i will use the shortcut command Y to show me the outline mode and then i will go to view menu select new view once again and ill name this view Outline fit to screen. I’m pretty sure i did this lesson last week not for sure at the moment so i just redid it
Creating and using custom guides
- ill open a new document then ill change the profile to print the units to inches the width to 3.5 the height to 2 in and the bleed to 0.125 all around then ill drag my guides where i want them.now i will make them not move by going to view menu then guides then lock guides, or shortcut of option command semicolon now i will unlock then and delete the guides. i will now go along the ruler and double click to add guides
in Career center i almost finish a whole lesson of identity theft before i had to leave.i learned what to sherd before throwing away and when its safe to give out your social security number.
